Was taking a patient to the bathroom Patient became unresponsive and was sliding off the toilet Was holding her up so she wouldnt fall Nurse tried to help me but we couldnt get her to stand up Grabbed 2 more staff and called a rapid response 4 of us put her in a chair and then pushed the chair to the bed Thentransferred patient with 4 if its back to bed After that I felt pain in my lower back
