On [REDACTED] I completed quarterly CPR training including CPR on adult mannequin at approximately [REDACTED] The mannequin was placed on the table as usual and I stood on the provided stool to complete training When leaving work at approximately [REDACTED] while walking to my car I began coughing andexperienced significant right sided rib pain Pain persisted throughout evening and next day at work increasing after performing transfer training with a ICU patient After leaving work [REDACTED] I experienced significant right sided rib pain at rest exacerbated by deep breathing coughing and sneezing I soughtmedical attention at Indigo Urgent care to rule out rib fracture The PA at Indigo ruled out rib fracture diagnosed me with Intercostal Muscle Strain referred me to Occupational Medicine and restricted me from lifting above 10 pounds until follow up with occupational medicine
