Before the incident
I was assisting in a reduction in [REDACTED] Doctor asked for counter traction I went to grab a towel on the top shelf of the cupboard and felt a pop and pain I pulled my arm down and shook it off It quickly went away and I continued my shift about [REDACTED] at home my arm felt like it froze up and I could barely use it It got sobad the next day I went to the chiropractor and he suggested I go get a massage I went immediately to get a massage I drank lots of water and iced my shoulder a lot and took a muscle relaxer I woke up [REDACTED] and it was a little sore but manageable Around [REDACTED] my arm froze up again and was in a lot ofpain Im noticing its progressively getting worse I felt I have done everything I know to do to eliminate inflammation im at the point now that I may have injured it
