Before the incident
I was getting the patient ready to transfer from [REDACTED] 8 to [REDACTED] I got the patient to the wheelchair with no problem I started pushing the patient the patient weighs approximately about 350400 pounds It aggravated my right knee which was already hurting prior to coming in the shift then I noticed that when I got back from[REDACTED] back to the [REDACTED] my lower back started spasming and hurting really bad I have properly reported the incident to the ER Charge Nurse and the House Supervisor
