[REDACTED] This RN went to round on patient to check for 4 Ps Pain Positioning Possessions [REDACTED] Patient is resting on the bed with eyes open RN asked if patient needed anything and he stated he would like to sit on the edge of the bed and dangle his legs Patient denying pain fully alert and oriented not in distress On day shift patient worked with PT and he was able to sit EOB 2 PA This RN called CNA J for assistance another RN C came to bedside and emptied Foley catheter Patient was able to sit on EOB and tolerated activity well with minimum 2PA pt is showing improved strength and activity tolerance as compared priorPt wanted to sit longer CNA left to continue taking daily care to other patients This RN told RN C to continue working on her charting and so she left the roomThis RN stayed with the patient to make sure he is safe and doesnt fall offered the call light to pt so he can watch TV while sitting When I handed over the calllight to the patient pt immediately smacked RNs r
