What happened
Employee was working on [REDACTED] she was coming down the portable stairs after removing some capsules from the [REDACTED] capper. Upon taking her last step to the floor she felt something in the back of her knee pop pull. She stabilized herself on a material cart and was able to finish out her day. Upon waking up [REDACTED] her knee feels tight and slightly swollen. She is able to walk and move around but still feels tightness in her knee. She took some pain meds(advil) at home and iced her knee.
