Before the incident
Mechanic helper was attempting to install a repaired sheave into a clam bucket. He was holding the sheave up with his left arm and trying to place the pin into the slot. It was then he felt a pain below his left arm pit.
What happened
Working overhead sheave was approximately 30 lbs and as he was moving into place the weight in conjunction with his body position caused a strain to his left shoulder.
