What happened
Left pad after loading heading west down lease road. Going up slight incline saw a deer in headlights on the left side of the road. Drivers attention went back on the road and then the right front tire went into soft shoulder and truck was pulled right and down into the ditch. Pulled steering wheel slightly to left to pull truck back into the road. Shoulder transitioned into a deep embankment and then to pasture prairie ground. Truck stayed down into the shoulder and trailer followed. Shoulder was steep and the weight of loaded trailer pulled the tractor and trailer onto the it 's passenger side. Driver was not wearing seatbelt and fell into the passenger side door on his right shoulder arm. Driver did not lose consciousness but was disoriented. Felt immediate pain in right shoulder
