Getting screws from the job box on level one.

On [REDACTED] the concrete contractor onsite was flying shoring poles from the ground up to the 20th floor. The load was inadequatley rigged and several of the shoring poles fell from approxmatly 210 feet n the air. One of the shoring poles deflected off of a ground level canopy and shot through a window striking our employee on the ankle while he was standing at our job box getting more drywall screws.
