carrying bag of mortar

A pipelayer was carrying a bag of mortar when he tripped causing him to drop the bag. The bag opened when it hit the ground causing mortar and dust to go into the pipelayers face and eyes. This caused eye irritation. The pipelayer rinsed his eyes with water on the jobsite but needed medical attention to have small pieces of mortar removed from his eye.
