What happened
Employee was attempting to use leverage with a crowbar to align a shaker arm on BC10 Product Collector baghouse. Employee pulled down on the bar in a hanging-like motion using his body weight to help pry the shaker arm in place in the clevis. The bar slipped. Employee lost his balance and his weight shifted to his right ankle as he fell back and downward. He rolled his ankle and his body weight centered on top of his ankle causing a fracture to the tip of his right fibula.
