While laying on the ground the employee was repositioning himself and the blast hose nozzle to blast the underside of a pipe.

As the employee was repositioning himself and the blast hose his hand was resting on the safety trigger. As he was repositioning the trigger made contact with the ground causing the blast nozzle to engage and spiral out of control. This allowed for the stream of blast media to contact the employees elbow.
