What happened
On [REDACTED] a QC employee supporting assembly operations experienced a right arm bicep tendon tear while moving a pedestal with a hand truck. While tipping the pedestal the injured employee 's foot that was bracing the hand truck slipped allowing it to suddenly move. This movement caused the handle end of the hand truck to drop suddenly resulting in the injury.
