What happened
Employee was assembling ingredient tote feed. Tote was secured with nylon straps. Employee cut the straps to release the tote lid. When turning to walk away employee stepped on nylon strap that was laying on the floor with their hands. Employee felt okay to return to work but began to feel pain in their right shoulder and swelling in their right palm. Reported the incident [REDACTED] and denied onsite first-aid.
