Walking in to work from parking lot
What happened
Walking in to work and a resident with a rollator was outside with a family member. Family member had fallen and employee stopped to try and help lady get up. Emp squatted to help and family member could not assist in getting herself up. Emp got back up and her knee popped causing increased pain all around the kneecap area. Having difficulty walking in to work and notified employee health.
