Mr. [REDACTED] was dumping a small trash can of pressurized bottles into a hopper when a bottle exploded in the hopper. Glass from the exploding bottle flew out of the hopper striking Mr. [REDACTED] in the left forearm causing a 1 laceration requiring 5 stitches to close.
