Empleada se encontraba saliendo del baño.
What happened
Empleada alega se encontraba saliendo del baño y se tropezo con sus propios pies y perdio el balance y se cayo al suelo y se golpeo en el area superior de la cabeza con el filo de la puerta y se golpeo tambien la cadera izquierda. Empleada se retiro a recibir servicios medicos con su ortopeda ya que empleada posee operacion anterior en cadera izquierda. Empleada refiere tener un hematoma en el area de la cadera izquierda pero le realizaron placa y no tiene fractura. Empleada fue debidamente orientada pero indica no desea recibir los servicios del CFSE.
