Empleado alega que se encontraba subiendo una nevera para el apartamento 1035 y al subir por la escalera se resbalo en un escalon y se lastimo la espalda baja en el area del centro sintiendo una punzada. Empleado termino su turno de trabajo pero cuando se retiro a su casa empleado comenzo a tomar sus medicamentos para la espalda previamente recetados por el CFSE. Empleado posee caso previo en el CFSE por condicion de espalda.
