Weather Conditions changed rapidly resulting in a heavy down pour. The employee was trying to get to shelter when he slipped and twisted his right knee. He states that he heard a pop and the severe pain. able to walk he required help to walk. He was brought to the safety department for evaluation. He did have swelling to the right knee and pain to the anterior aspect of the knee. He was taken to USA Industrial Clinic by his supervisor.
