What happened
The employee was getting her back pack and purse out of the passenger side of her vehicle. When she turned to walk across the road she slipped on the ice and fractured her left tibia fibula. She was found lying on her back next to her car there was obvious deformity to her left leg. [REDACTED] was called and MFD and [REDACTED] ambulance responded. The employee was transported by ambulance to Mobile Infirmary Medical Center.
