What happened
[REDACTED] was on a job site with [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. They were there on a Service visit and preparing to look at a high story window in need of work. While setting the ladder [REDACTED] was holding it at the bottom and the ladder extension stabilizer snapped off. It fell down hit [REDACTED] directly in the head causing two puncture wounds and also hit his eyeglasses causing his nose to break. [REDACTED] and [REDACTED] immediately helped getting [REDACTED] to wait in the truck and called an ambulance. He was taken to the ER and was released after evaluation.
