What happened
Aproximately at [REDACTED] employee was cleaning and disasembling an inkchamber. Employee confirms he was not wearing cut ressistant gloves because he went to the tool crib and no body was there to handle them. He was removing one allen bolt from the chamber blades on when his hand slipped from the allen wrench projecting his right index finger into the chamber second blade causing a laceration. Employee confirmed he was not using the proper allen wrench stating the correct one was stripped. Employee acknowledges he is aware should have worn a cut ressistant glove and a chemical protection on top but he decided to do the job only with the black glove (nitrile).
