The employee was preparing to place a load of panels on a table. The table he was going to use was stacked unevenly on another table. The employee attempted to straighten up the table by picking the corner up and sliding it. While attempting this he realized it was too heavy. The top table slipped downward causing his right index finger to be crushed at the tip.
