Employee was walking into the building through the bay door with his cane after hitting the garage door opener to close the garage door.

The employee was walking through the bay door while the garage door was coming down. He was trying to beat the door but was struck in the head. This caused him to become unbalanced. He stumbled and then fell down on his right side of his body.

Two fractures in employee 's right shoulder.

Collision with garage door got the employee off balance and the collision with the floor caused the injury
