He was cleaning up dropped small metal scrap pieces by using a metal shovel to pick them up.

He said on [REDACTED] he had used a shovel to clean up some small scrap pieces from the floor and at one point he used his left foot to slide some of those small pieces onto the shovel. When he used his foot to slide the scraps onto the shovel he felt slight pain behind his left knee. He didn 't not think much of it and did not report any issue at that time. He worked his regular job throughout the week with no issues but said over the weekend [REDACTED] at home he started feeling pain in his knee. He went to have his knee checked on [REDACTED].
