Moved manual pallet jack with fixture into place to collect blanks in a stack. He removed his gloves while he was waiting for it to be completed and was just standing watching process.

He noticed that a blank did not fall into place correctly and did not put his gloves back on as required or stop the process and grabbed the blank to readjust it barehanded. He did receive a laceration to his left hand middle finger from the blank.
