What happened
As she made the maneuver to put the luggage in the trunk she claims she felt something tear in her shoulder. She hurt herself on the first bag but still continued to help the passenger to put the rest of their luggage in their car. She says she felt a pop in her shoulder and cannot move her arm. Once she walked away from the passengers she said her arm was in lots of pain and started to hold it.
