What happened

Before the operation starts mechanics line up all luggage machines outside for the forklift drivers to use. Mr. [REDACTED] was one of our forklift drivers today. We also had 3 new forklift drivers that are trained drive for the first time today. Mr. [REDACTED] was talking to one of the new kids trying to help give him a rundown of what goes on during the operation and some tips on driving. The machines are lined up in rows in the morning so the drivers can easily start their detail. Mr. [REDACTED] was in between the machines talking to a driver while holding the door open on the machine. The machine that was next to him tried pulling out as he was still holding the door open and the driver was a bit too close to the machine. Mr. [REDACTED] quickly pulled his hand away but unfortunately still got his hand pinched in between the luggage cage reversing and the door he was holding open. No major damage was done.
