Description of Occurrence*: [REDACTED] [REDACTED] (Electronic Report) walking in parking lot on outer side of trees lining parking lot George 's Coffee was parking on the edge of the parking lot oncoming car was oncoming in my direction from dropping someone off at main door they did not attempt to move towards edge of coffee truck I moved out of the way of the car which put me on the very edge of the edging of the tree sidewalk the asphalt is busted up from where the trees roots are growing under the surface which I stumbled tripped with my left foot and fell directly only my right knee leg Activity Before Incident: walking into work
