What happened

Employee was cleaning and one of the students needed some help with a Chest X-[REDACTED] on an elderly lady from the nursing home. They needed to get her into a different chair because the wheel chair that she was in was not conducive for the exam they needed to do. [REDACTED] stated that she used a walker to get up from the wheel chair normally. So they got a walker and assisted pt to her feet in order to get her out of the wheel chair. [REDACTED] then began to sit before the chair was underneath her and employee was holding onto her so she wouldn 't fall as the student tried to get the chair underneath her. They got the chair under her and preceded to do the exam however the pt was kind of pushing against them while in the chair and in order to keep her safe employee stood by her during the exam keeping her hand on patient 's back and shoulder all while she was still fighting against them. They did the couple pictures and then tried to get the pt back into the chair but by this time
