What happened
Employee was moving the riding pallet on line 3 to bring a rack in. Employee made the comment that he was riding the pallet fine and it just jerked and that caused it to come in contact with the guard railing. Supervisors suspect that the employee might have hit the drain in the floor and that caused it to jerk. The shipping supervisor happened to be driving by and was able to try to help. Not long after the line 3 lead line 9 lead shift supervisor and safety tech were coming to assist. After two [REDACTED] the men were able to free the stuck employee and get him into the first aid office.
