What happened
Maintenance tech was called to the AGP for a belt that had slipped off. Upon entering the AGP the maintenance tech was walking across the rails of the AGP. He went to step down and tripped over a footing. Upon falling the employee extended his right arm out against the tank wall to brace himself. Employee felt his shoulder dislocate.
