Before the incident
Moving the patient our of the room via wheel chair to transfer to the ER.
What happened
As employee was backing the wheel chair out of the room there wasn 't enough clearance for the back left wheel to get by the night stand. Employee tried to just lift on the handle of the wheel chair and move it to the right when he felt a sharp pain in lower left back.
