Was asked to assist with a Patient in the ER room 3 was tasked with getting him up to walk. While assisting the Pt with walking the Pt had a BM. Pulled the Pt 's pants down and realized the Pt was not wearing a brief or anything under. Asked the other tech [REDACTED] to grab another pair of pants because the Pt was standing ok.
