Shoveling broken glass from under the drop deck.
What happened
Employee got something in their eye while they were shoveling glass from under the drop deck table causing a scratch on their pupil. Employee was wearing all proper PPE for the given task including safety glasses with side shields. The employee went to the eye was station immediately was taken to the office to get checked out and was given eye wash fluid from first aid station. Cold end super visor got the injured employees statement was seen by an eye doctor and was given no work restrictions.
