What happened
Employee EE was carrying two garbage cans to empty into the dumpster. The garbage can in her left hand contacted the leg of the bender table causing her to trip over the can falling forward. EE landed on her left elbow which caused her to feel the impact into her left shoulder. she was struggling to raise her left arm.
