On [REDACTED] 2025at [REDACTED] the employee was clearing glass from #10 unit on [REDACTED] due to a cracked bushing and bridge over event. Employee locked the unit out pulled it used the spinner jack and properly removed the spinner. While using the air chisel from the bottom of the unit and delivery tube a piece of glass fell to the decking bounced up and struck his right leg just below the knee causing a 2.5 laceration.
