On [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] EE was replacing grating in the [REDACTED] smoke stripper and while lifting grating he felt and heard a pop on left bicep. Supervisor was contacted immediately EE was evaluated by plant nurse and then sent to local ER for further evaluation.
