What happened
The employee tripped on the edge of one ramp while heading go to into the freezer container causing her to fall and lacerate her left palm just below the pinky finger. After investigation the cut appears to have resulted from her holding a laptop in her left hand and landing on it during the fall. There were no other visible injuries to her left hand.
