Before the incident
The employee was working his shift as the 3rd shift supervisor when he was notified that the tray line near 800 wrap was jammed The employee went to go investigate to see what the issue was while calling engineering to the location He never got a response from engineering so he attempted to correct the issue himself At first he decided to use a ladder that was in the area but he states that he felt unstable due to the weight capacity so he decided to step up onto the wall to clear the jam He repeated this action several times so that he could reset the machine as he was clearing the jam In the process of clearing the jam he continued to call engineering and finally received a response that they were tied up with something else The last time that he was coming down off the wall he lost his balance and fell (less than 2 feet) striking his leg on a piece of metal that was on the wall and the corner of the wall causing a laceration Weight capacity is the probable cause for the ladders inst
