Employee was in the process of loading a trailer. There was a chair that was loaded high up in the trailer. When [REDACTED] was loading a loveseat box into the trailer he set it down at the ground level. After loading the loveseat box he turned around and this is when the chair fell from high up and hit him in the back of the head. We thought that he might have gotten a concussion from this incident so one of our managers in [REDACTED] drove him to the doctor.
