EE was De leafing plants in [REDACTED] 10

At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] EE fell from a yellow stool and hit their right knee on the edge of the table while working in [REDACTED] 10. EE was deleafng at time of incident this consists of taking excess leafs of plant stems to provide better sunlight to the parts of the plant that need it. EE was not using any tools other than the yellow step stool (foot tall step stool) EE was wearing hairnets safety glasses scrubs slip resistant shoes EE was following all safety precautions. EE was not able to return to work. Task does not require rotation. EE was not on OT Supervisor went into the room and they state that the stool had all their components intact and the floor was dry in the area of the incident.
