EE was doing a Day 42 de-leaf with the team on [REDACTED] when he started to fall forward while up on a step ladder. [REDACTED] was reaching forward and the step ladder shifted underneath him causing him to lose balance. [REDACTED] caught himself but sustained an injury from it. [REDACTED] did not immediately let me know because he said it was not bothering him at the time. However [REDACTED] the pain started and he went to the hospital where they told him he has a sprained ankle
