Our employee was trying to feel where the customer had injured her hand and actually ended up cutting her hand in the same spot as the customer. We didn 't realize this right away but blood borne diseases could occur because the customer 's blood was left at the injury site and our employee bled from that spot as well. Their blood came into contact with each other. We were advised to file a claim.
