EE [REDACTED] states that over the [REDACTED] he has been noticing a discomfort in his hands. He first became aware of this around [REDACTED]. EE states he first started noticing his hands going numb then aching pains. As his discomfort progressed he now states there is sharp pains at times when gripping and fingers lock up. EE feels this injury has occurred from gripping the bagged units that are pulled from conveyor and placed on a pallet plate. Same when removing units from plate pulling them onto the trailer for transport.
