EE was working on line 3 springing. EE had been screwing in metal a seat stretchers holding drill with right hand and holding a screw in place with left hand. Drill was applied to screw but was not balanced in place well before activating drill. As screw fell out of place drill had made contact with EE 's left index finger that was not moved out of the way.
