She details that at the time of her incident the pain was a 9 out of 10 on the pain scale and limited her range of motion. The incident was reported on [REDACTED] and she now reports pain as a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale and she states she is still limited in her range of motion for her right shoulder. She did not seek medical evaluation but now plans to seek medical evaluation due to the continued limitations and discomfort.
