EE was clocked out and leaving the facility to his car.
What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was leaving work for the night and slipped backwards in the parking lot landing on his right back side (lateral thorax). He continued to drive home anticipating he would feel better over the weekend with some OTC pain medications. He requested to be seen on Mon[REDACTED] morning and was provided RX and restrictions. He went back to work without issue. On [REDACTED] employee called out due to stomach upset (vomiting) which was at the time not determined to be related to fall. Around [REDACTED] same [REDACTED] employee went to ER and notified employer around [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] they were being admitted as an in-patient for treatment.
