What happened
On [REDACTED] EE was moving a stack of fuel cells with air pallets. While moving the stack the stack drifted off course and EE placed his right foot in between the stack and the stairs while it was still moving on the air pallets. EE was not wearing proper PPE foot protection and sustained bruising.
