Shifting pt in bed

Was assisting CN with boosting pt up in bed. Grabbed chux pad to boost up pt was heavier than I thought. Needed 2 boosts to get situated in bed. Pulled somthing in finger. It didn 't hurt initially but started hurting 5 8 morning.
